- Items on the Project Menu generally perform on the Whole Worksheet
- File, rather than a portion of the Worksheet such as a Cell or Range.
- Activities include: Opening new and existing Worksheets, closing
- the Worksheet, deleting a Worksheet File, saving a Worksheet,
- creating a duplicate Worksheet file, printing a Worksheet File, and
- opening and closing the Workbench.

- New Worksheet
- ---------------------------------------------------------------------

- Use this menu item to initialize a blank Worksheet.
- This may also be accesed by: Right Amiga Key with N.

- Open Worksheet
- ---------------------------------------------------------------------

- Causes the display of a Plan/IT File Selector for selecting existing
- Worksheet files to be loaded into the Plan/IT program. A file can
- be selected by either double clicking on the File Name in the
- Requester window or by Right Amiga Key with O.

- ---------------------------------------------------------------------
- Close Worksheet
- ---------------------------------------------------------------------

- Use this Menu Item to close the Worksheet. This selection is
- equivalent to clicking on the close box gadget in the top left
- corner of the window.

- This may also be accessed by: Right Amiga Key with W.

- --------------------------------------------------------------------
- Delete File
- --------------------------------------------------------------------

- As is the case with the Open Worksheet command, Delete File
- causes the display of Plan/IT File Selector for selecting
- existing Worksheet files to be deleted from the disk and
- directories. A file can be selected for deletion by either double
- clicking on its name, or by keying in a Path Name and File Name.
- A second Requester will appear asking you to confirm the
- deletion process.

- Save
- --------------------------------------------------------------------

- Save will save the current Worksheet with its current Name without
- exiting Plan/IT. If the Worksheet has never been saved before,
- a Requester will be displayed for keying in the File Name of the
- Worksheet.

- Save can also be executed by: Right Amiga key with S
- F1 with Shift Key

- Save As....
- --------------------------------------------------------------------

- Save As allows you to save a duplicate Worksheet under a different
- name or on a different disk.

- If you have one disk drive you should type in the name of the disk
- into the PATH gadget and then click on the directory area to see
- files on that disk. Remember to type a COLON (:) after the name
- of your disk (e.g. PlanIT Files:)

- Print
- ---------------------------------------------------------------------

- If a Range is selected, only the Range is outputted. If one Cell is
- selected, the entire Worksheet will be outputted. Choose either
- PRINTER or FILE from the Submenu to direct your output to the proper
- destination.

- Print Setup

- Several options are available such as page numbers, grid lines, Row and
- Column notation, date and time, Worksheet file name, or a customized
- Title to your printout.

- Default option is None.

- Worksheet Status
- --------------------------------------------------------------------

- This selection displays information about the number of Cells used,
- free memory available, calculation mode, Clipboard size, talking
- and protection mode status, number of charts used and the location
- of the last Cell in the Worksheet.

- Open WorkBench
- --------------------------------------------------------------------

- The Open Workbench allows you to access the Workbench without
- leaving Plan/IT.

- --------------------------------------------------------------------
- Close WorkBench
- --------------------------------------------------------------------

- Close Workbench is provided so that after you have used the
- Workbench, you may close its window to save memory. It is not
- necessary to close the Workbench if you have enough memory.
